Dried Beef & Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. In 4 qt Dutch oven over medium high heat, saute/fry dry beef and onions in melted butter 3 min.
  2. Add in potatoes and next 6 ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer 12 min, or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  6. Add in 3 c. lowfat milk.
  7. In jar shake remaining 1 c. lowfat milk with flour till smooth.
  8. Stir into soup, cook, stirring constantly till mix thickens and simmer.
  9. Makes 6 (1 1/3 c.) servings.
