Easy Ice Cream
- 1 51/2 -ounce package vanilla instant pudding and pie-filling mix
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 12 -ounce can evaporated milk
- Combine the pudding mix and sugar in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in the whole and evaporated milks.
- Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions, then freeze until firm.
