Frozen OREO Rocky Road Bars

• 9 Honey Maid Graham Wafers
• 2-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, divided
• 5 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 12 Oreo Cookies, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

1. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
2. Arrange wafers on bottom of pan.
3. Microwave 2 cups marshmallows, chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
4. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
5. Cool.
6. Add Cool Whip, remaining marshmallows, chopped cookies and nuts to marshmallow mixture; stir until well blended.
7. Carefully spread over wafers.
8. Freeze several hours or until firm.
9. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
