Frozen OREO Rocky Road Bars
- 9 Honey Maid Graham Wafers
- 2-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, divided
- 5 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 12 Oreo Cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Arrange wafers on bottom of pan.
- Microwave 2 cups marshmallows, chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
- Cool.
- Add Cool Whip, remaining marshmallows, chopped cookies and nuts to marshmallow mixture; stir until well blended.
- Carefully spread over wafers.
- Freeze several hours or until firm.
- Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
