Loaded Cheesy Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into bite sized cubes.
  2. Leave skin on, rinse and set aside.
  3. Then chop your onion in small pieces.
  4. Dice if possible.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Meanwhile, cook bacon to desired preference.
  7. Once done and cooled, crumble bacon.
  8. Next, In a large bowl mix potatoes and all seasonings.
  9. Make sure to mix well.
  10. Next add cream cheese and sour cream.
  11. Then, add onions, salt &pepper and mix thoroughly in bowl.
  12. After coating potatoes well evenly pour in baking dish.
  13. Cut up stick of butter and place in baking dish.
  14. Bake for 30 minutes.
  15. After 30 minutes, stir potatoes in pan bake for another 30 minutes.
  16. After additional 30 minutes are up, take out to coat with cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  17. Also chives if you have some.
  18. Then bake for another 10 minutes.
  19. Let stand 5 minutes, enjoy!
