Sandwich Cookie S'Mores Brownies

• 7-1/2 graham crackers, broken in half (15 squares)
• 1 pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 8 OREO Cookies, chopped, divided

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
3. Arrange graham squares in single layer on bottom of pan, overlapping slightly if necessary.
4. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; stir in chopped chocolate, marshmallows and 3/4 cup chopped cookies.
5. Spread over grahams; sprinkle with remaining cookies.
6. Bake 27 to 30 min.
7. or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
8. Cool completely.
9. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
