Lake Delton Mule

• 1 ounce Wondermint
• 1 ounce Genepi liqueur, preferably Dolin
• 2 ounces ginger beer
• 1 bar spoon fresh lime juice
• Piece of candied ginger, for garnish

1. In rocks glass filled with ice, combine all the liquid ingredients.
2. Stir until chilled, about 30 seconds.
3. Garnish with candied ginger.
