Lake Delton Mule
- 1 ounce Wondermint
- 1 ounce Genepi liqueur, preferably Dolin
- 2 ounces ginger beer
- 1 bar spoon fresh lime juice
- Piece of candied ginger, for garnish
- In rocks glass filled with ice, combine all the liquid ingredients.
- Stir until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
