Seafood Continental Recipe
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 1 c. mild cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 c. seafood, cooked (fish, shrimp or possibly crab)
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
- Blend soup, lowfat milk and wine.
- Mix with seafood, cheese and parsley.
- Spoon into shallow baking dish.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till crumbs are golden brown.
- Serves 6.
