Copycat Chilis Skillet Queso
- 8 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cubed
- 8 ounces, weight Mild Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
- 8 ounces, fluid Salsa, Your Favorite Brand
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chili, Whichever Kind You Like
- 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cheese together.

- Stir in salsa, canned chili, sour cream, chili powder and hot peper sauce.
- 3.
- Continue to heat over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 4.
- Serve with chips!
