Mildew Nibbles

  1. Thaw the spinach and drain.
  2. Squeeze out all of the moisture.
  3. Lightly toast the bread until golden brown.
  4. Let cool and place in a blender or food processor and blend until finely crumbed.
  5. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and chill for three hours or overnight.
  6. Form into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Balls can be covered and refrigerated at this point for up to twelve hours.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
