Atsuage (Thick Fried Tofu) and Kimchi Cheese Bake with Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
- 1 Atsuage
- 100 grams Kimchi
- 1 tsp Gochujang
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Yakiniku sauce
- 1 for greasing the dish Sesame oil
- 1 as much (to taste) Cheese
- 1 as much (to taste) White sesame seeds
- Pour boiling water over the atsuage to remove excess oil (optional).
- Wipe off the excess water with paper towels.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Lightly drain the excess water from the kimchi.
- Grease a heatproof dish with sesame oil, and arrange the Step 1 atsuage on top of it.
- Spread the kimchi and sesame seeds over the atsuage.
- Mix the ingredients and pour over Step 3.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes at 220 W, then you're done.
