Graham Cracker Cookie Bar Dessert
- 34 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup nuts
- whole graham cracker
- 14 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix together the first four ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.
- Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.
- Spread the filling over the layer of whole graham crackers.
- Cover with second layer of graham crackers.
- For frosting:.
- Combine 1/2 cup margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and spread on top of the hole graham crackers.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate.
- Cut into serving size pieces before serving.
