Chipotle - Cilantro Mayo

• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 -2 chipotle chile in adobo
• 14 cup cilantro leaf, packed and minced
• 1 garlic clove, grated

1. Combine all ingridiants and mix well.
2. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
