Baby Cabbage Kebabs Recipe

  1. Cook brussels sprouts in a 4-qt pot of boiling, salted water for for 4 min, or possibly till crisp-tender.
  2. Plunge immediately into a large bowl of ice water to stop cooking and to preserve fresh, green colour.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, and black bean garlic sauce, and garlic.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste Alternate brussel sprouts and onion pcs on skewer, beginning and ending with onion.
  5. Brush marinate over kebabs, making sure all elements are well coated.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill till ready to grill.
  7. Kebabs can be prepared 1 day in advance.
  8. Grill kebabs for 5 min or possibly till lightly charred and brussel sprouts and onions are just cooked through.
