Sesame Beef Salad Rolls

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes; saute 3 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add meat; cook until done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain meat mixture; return to skillet.
  6. Stir in dressing, hot sauce and salt; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. For each serving: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) of the meat mixture onto base of each of 2 lettuce leaves.
  9. Roll up tightly, turning in sides as you roll each to completely enclose filling; place on serving plate.
  10. Sprinkle each roll-up with 1/4 tsp.
  11. (1 mL) sesame seed.
