FuFu Berry Pulled Beef
- 2 whole Red Bell Peppers, Quartered
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Quartered
- 7 pounds Chuck Roast (trim Fat)
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- 1- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 6 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 3 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Dried Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Jones' FuFu Berry Natural Soda
- 12 whole Kaiser Rolls
- Quarter the red bell pepper and onion and place on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Rinse and trim chuck roast then place into the crock pot on top of the veggies.
- Pour the liquid smoke onto the roast and rub in.
- For the sauce, combine the remaining ingredients minus the soda and rolls and pour over the roast.
- Make sure to lift the roast and get the sauce under the roast as well.
- Pour Jones FuFu Berry Soda around sides of the roast, place the lid onto the crock pot and cook 8 hours on low.
- Before serving, drain the juices and set aside.
- Using forks, shred the beef.
- Serve on kaiser rolls, drizzling the reserved sauce over the beef.
