No Reprieve Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 13 cans (12 Oz. Can) Beer
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 4 whole Buns
- 25 slices Jalapenos
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- Mix the beef, beer, hot sauce, salt and even black pepper if you want more.
- You can, of course chop up onion or other delightful things and add them to the burgers.
- Grill the burgers as you like them; I have a terrible little camping grill and thus no perspective for actual grill time.
- Meanwhile, chop up the chipotle peppers and mix with the mayo.
- Toast the buns.
- Add mayo and any lettuce or tomato you want (I didnt use any).
- Place 5-6 jalapenos on each burger.
- Place cheese on top and let it melt for a minute.
- Add the burger to the bun.
