Pei Wei Asian Diner Black Pepper Mango Salad
- 1 cup mango, peeled and julienned
- 1 tablespoon vietnamese basil, minced
- 1 teaspoon shallot, minced
- 12 cup green apple, julienned
- 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- zest from 1 lime
- 12 teaspoon fish sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Mix to combine dressing.
- Toss the salad ingredients together along with 2-3 tbsp of dressing.
- Serve immediately.
