Sweet N' Spicy Hawaiian Style Salad

  1. Melt butter in a medium sized skillet.
  2. Add the diced ham and stir until well coated.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 5 min.
  4. Add brown sugar and stir for 1 min.
  5. Turn off the heat and cover.
  6. Prep all of the veggies as needed.
  7. Dice them up and toss them together if you wish, or pile them on your plate for a personal serving.
  8. Stir the ham, by now it should have a delicious brown sugar glaze.
  9. Top your veggies with pineapple, bacon bits, and a spoonful if ham, with a good amount of glaze.
  10. Top with shredded pepper jack, and drizzle with catalina dressing.
  11. Delicious!
