Blueberry Grenadine Pie Recipe

  1. Place blueberries in pie shell.
  2. Mix 1/2 c. sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon in saucepan.
  3. Stir in water.
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil & stir 1 minutes.
  6. Stir in grenadine syrup and lemon juice.
  7. Pour over blueberries.
  8. Chill till chilled.
  9. Beat whipping cream and 1 tbsp sugar in chilled bowl till stiff.
  10. Top pie with whipped cream.
