Blackberry Burst

  1. Fill a shaker half full of ice.
  2. Combine the juice from half a lemon, 1 oz.
  3. blackberry puree and 1/2 oz.
  4. simple syrup.
  5. Shake and strain over ice in a Champagne flute.
  6. Top it off with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge.
