Vanilla Pound Cake (Gluten-Free Recipe)

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 12-cup Bundt or 10-inch angel food cake (tube) pan; sprinkle with gluten-free flour blend.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine sugar and melted butter in bowl.
  5. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  6. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Add vanilla; beat until well mixed.
  8. Stir together gluten-free flour blend and baking powder in bowl.
  9. Gradually add flour blend mixture alternately with milk to butter mixture, beating at low speed until well mixed.
  10. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  11. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
