Dk's Tamales Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, crumble tamales by hand into bite sized pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes and green chilies with juice, cheeses, onion, garlic, oregano, chili powder, cumin and salt.
  4. Add to tamales and toss.
  5. Put in large greased baking pan or 2 9" ovenproof dishes and bake 20-30 minutes, or until brown and hot throughout.
