Italian-Style Red Pepper Dip

  1. Place all ingredients except crackers in blender or food processor; blend until peppers are finely chopped and mixture is well blended.
  2. Spoon into serving bowl; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  4. Serve as a dip with the crackers.
