Low-Fat Hamburgers

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In a large bowl, combine meats, bread crumbs, onion, egg white and seasonings.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill over charcoal or broil in oven for approximately 3 minutes on each side or to taste.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns, adding lettuce, tomato and 1/2 teaspoon relish to each burger.
