German Bean Sprout Stir Fry

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  3. Mix dressing and vinegar in a separate bowl.
  4. When bacon is cooked, drain grease from pan.
  5. Add bean sprouts to pan with bacon, and salt and pepper, if desired.
  6. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in dressing mixture and soy sauce; then stir in cornstarch mixture.
  8. Do not overcook.
  9. Remove from pan and sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Serve immediately.
