Pickled Bell Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut peppers in halves and remove seeds.
  2. Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 min; drain.
  3. Cover again with boiling water and let come to a boil; let stand 10 min; drain.
  4. Scald jars.
  5. Fill warm jars with peppers and at bottom of each put 2 thin slices of garlic and 2 warm peppers.
  6. Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and water and pour over peppers in jars.
  7. Seal.
