Horseradish Compound Butter for NY Strip Steaks

  1. In a medium bowl, mix and mash together butter, garlic, lemon zest, horseradish, and parsley.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon onto plastic wrap.
  4. Gently form into a small log.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Slice into 6 pieces and place on hot steaks.
