Spicy Bean, Corn and Tomato Burrito

  1. First take your chopped onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat in a pan with the olive oil.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (minus tortillas and the toppings) into the pan and cook for about 5-10 minutes to reduce liquid from the diced tomatoes.
  3. Place the filling mixture into your heated tortillas.
  4. Add ingredients such as sour cream, cheese and lettuce to the wrap as well.
  5. Serve warm!
