Palmetto (Pimento) Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Pimentos, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Onion, grated
- Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder, To Taste
- Place cream cheese in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy, like frosting.
- Fold in remaining ingredients with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve cold.
