Speedy Spuds with Classic Chicken Topping

  1. Pierce potatoes with tines of fork; microwave on HIGH 18 to 20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  2. Heat oven to 400F (200C).
  3. Meanwhile, to prepare topping: In bowl mix remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; place on baking sheet cut sides up.
  5. Cover potatoes with topping mixture, dividing equally.
  6. Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and heat in oven about 6 minutes until potatoes and topping are hot and cheese is melted.
