Michael's Bread And Potato Stuffing Recipe
- 1 minced onion
- 2 c. minced celery
- Canola oil
- 2 loaves white sliced bread
- 6 lg. potatoes, boiled
- Boiled giblets
- Sage to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 egg whites
- 2 whole Large eggs
- 1 pound melted butter
- Saute/fry onion and celery in frying pan with oil.
- Toast both loaves of bread in oven a few min, break slices in small pcs.
- Mash potatoes and add in above ingredients to large bowl include boiled giblets, cut into small pcs.
- Combine all ingredients, add in Large eggs and mix in uncooked turkey.
- Cook the usual cooking time.
- Makes 10-12 servings.
