German Fest Pizza

  1. Prepare dough.
  2. Heat oven 450.
  3. Brown bratwurst and mushrooms.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and sauerkraut.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Stretch dough to fit onto a cornmealed stone.
  8. Top with brat mix, then the rest in that order.
  9. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
