Bacon and Cheese Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 13 cups Pepper Jelly
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans, Toasted
- 8 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pepper jelly, green onions and pecans.
- Mix well and place in a dish.
- I use my pie plate.
- Sprinkle with cooked bacon.
- Place in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
