Tomato and Basil Pesto Bruschetta

• 12 slices Sourdough Bread (or Bread Of Your Choice)
• 1/4 cups Pesto
• 2 whole Plum Tomatoes, Diced (or Tomatoes Of Your Choice)
• 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

1. Lightly toast the bread.
2. Spread on the pesto.
3. Sprinkle on tomatoes and cheese.
4. Broil long enough to melt the cheese.
