Quinoa Salad

  1. Bring quinoa and broth to boil in medium saucepan; cover.
  2. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  3. or until quinoa is tender and broth is absorbed; spoon into medium bowl.
  4. Cool.
  5. Add remaining ingredients just before serving; mix lightly.
