Chilled Cucumber Soup

  1. Peel and seed cucumber.
  2. Cut slices in finger-thick chunks.
  3. Put in blender with other ingredients except dark bread.
  4. Blend.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving.
  6. Cut dark bread into cubes.
  7. Toast to croutons in a thick pan.
  8. Blend soup again before serving.
  9. Add croutons when serving.
