Low-Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Beat egg, brown sugar and oil until smooth.
  2. Beat in yogurt and vanilla.
  3. Add oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat until well mixed.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2-inches apart on baking sheet lightly sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
  8. Each cookie contains 59 calories.
  9. Makes 48 cookies.
