Chicken Taco Bake Recipe
- "Old El Paso" taco sauce, mild, medium or possibly warm
- Cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. cooked minced chicken
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. taco chips, coarsely crushed
- Mix together taco sauce and soup in medium size bowl.
- Add in chicken and onions.
- Spray a 7 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam.
- Line bottom of pan with about 1 c. taco chips.
- Layer chicken mix, cheese and remaining taco chips.
- Bake for 40 min at 375 degrees.
- Makes 6 servings.
