Quick Saucy Chicken Casserole
- 3 cups chicken or turkey, cooked, diced
- 2 each soup, cream of mushroom cans
- 16 ounces vegetables mixed, frozen
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick) or reduced fat, baking mix
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves dried, flakes
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
