Snap Peas With Peppers and Basil

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute the garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add peas and bell peppers.
  4. Saute for about 2-3 minutes, depending on how crisp you like your vegies.
  5. Stir in the basil, sugar, lemon rind, salt, and pepper.
  6. Saute for 30 seconds.
  7. Add lemon juice and saute for another 30 seconds.
  8. Serve.
