Chilli, Prawn and Avocado Salad
- 120g mixed lettuce leaves
- 500g cooked prawns, head and shells removed Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 punnet yellow or red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Continental cucumber, cut into ribbons with a peeler
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- Combine lettuce, prawns, avocado, spring onions, tomatoes and cucumber, then place onto a serving platter.
- Drizzle salad with combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce.
- Serve.
