Old-Fashion Potato Salad
- 6 potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 dash pepper
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup celery
- 12 cup green onion
- 14 cup radish
- paprika
- Cook unpeeled potatoes fork tender.
- Cool, peel and dice potatoes.
- Cook eggs to hardboil, cool, peel and chop 4 and save 1 for garnish.
- In a large bowl with wire whisk stir mayonnaise with next 5 ingredients until blended.
- Add diced potatoes, I like everything fairly small diced, 4 diced eggs , and remaining ingredients; toss gently to mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Decorate top with additional egg cut in wedges or slices and top with paprika.
