Spicy Carrot Fries with Tzaziki Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, curry powder, cayenne, salt and cumin powder.
  3. Evenly spread out on a baking sheet making sure that the carrots dont overlap.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. For the tzatziki sauce, add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
