Copper River King Salmon with Berry-Ginger Salsa

  1. Using a food processor, puree 2 cups (475 ml) of the fresh berries.
  2. Add whole berries and pureed berries into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the salsa ingredients and mix well.
  4. Brush fillets lightly with oil.
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Position on broiling pan, and place 4 to 5 inches from heat.
  7. Broil approximately 11 minutes per inch of thickness.
  8. Serve with blueberry salsa.
