Peach Yogurt Soup

  1. Thaw peaches, if frozen.
  2. Do not drain.
  3. Place peach slices,peach or apricot nectar,lemon juice,and cinnamon in a blender or food processor.
  4. Cover and process until smooth.
  5. If desired, reseve 2 tablespoons of the yogurt for garnish.
  6. In a large mixing bowl stir a little of the peach mixture into the remaining yogurt, stirring until smooth.
  7. Stir in the remaining peach mixture.
  8. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
  9. If desired, garnish with the reserved yogurt, mint sprigs and raspberries.
