Purple Cheese Noodles Sauce Mix

• 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
• 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 4 tablespoons romano cheese, dry grated
• 14-12 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon white pepper

1. Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly closed container.
2. Keeps for 4 months in the pantry.
3. TO USE: combine 1/4 cup mix with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup milk.
