Showboat Cocktail Lounge Meat Marinade
- 14 cup salad oil
- 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup Burgundy wine
- 14 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 4 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
- 10 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups sugar
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Marinate meats overnight and cook on Hibachi grill (in house) or outside.
