Gravy
- 1/4 lb Fat
- 1/4 lb Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Broth
- Melt fat.
- Add Flour and stir over heat to toast, as in making a roux.
- Stir in broth and continue to stir over heat until mixture simmers and thickens.
- Season.
