Hot Crab Sandwiches Recipe

• 1 (6 ounce.) can flaked crabmeat
• 1/2 c. finely minced celery
• 2 tbsp. minced onion
• 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise

1. Makes 6 to 8 open faced sandwiches.
2. Mix together.
3. Spread mix on sesame bun or possibly half an English muffin.
4. Broil till bubbly.
5. Serve with pickles, potato chips and olives.
