Okara Doughnuts

  1. Take the okara, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for a few minutes so that it dries out.
  2. Take all the ingredients, other than what you will be using for your toppings, add to the okara in a bowl and knead.
  3. Roll out the dough and then use a doughnut cookie cutter to cut the dough.
  4. Fry on the lowest heat setting.
  5. Top them with whatever you like.
  6. These are topped with chocolate and crushed almonds.
